Hurricane Irene Update
Due to Hurricane Irene, Willow Creek Rehabilitation & Care Center located in Somerset, New Jersey, is currently in the process of assessing the aftermath of the storm and the center is currently closed.
At this time, the center will be open for calls Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8AM to 4PM. Evening and weekend calls can be handled on an appointment basis. Questions related to administrative issues can be directed to Administrator Grace Kidney at: 732-925-9938. Questions related to clinical issues can be directed to our Director of Nursing, Joanna Domanico at: 732-236-3412. All other inquiries can be directed to Director of Admissions, Suzanne Foster at: 908-415-6711.
