Grace Kidney has been Executive Director at Willow Creek since July 2010. She was employed at a sister center in Northern NJ, prior to her arrival at Willow. Grace comes to Willow Creek with over 25 years experience in long term care. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Assistant Living Administrator, and a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Grace invites all prospective patients and their families to come tour Willow Creek, to experience first hand some Willow Creek hospitality and care.
Rich has been part of Willow Creek's rehab team as a physical therapist since July of 2011 and recently became the Director of Rehabilitation in July of 2013. He received a Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL in 2004 and moved on to earn a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentristy of NJ-Rutgers-Camden in 2006. In over 7 years of PT experience, Rich has worked in various rehab settings, but primarily specializing in stroke and traumatic brain injury acute and post-acute rehab. He also became Wound Care Certified in 2010. Rich is dedicated to ensuring the rehab team at Willow Creek continues to provide the highest quality care and services.
Joann Foster has been employed at Willow Creek since 2000. She started as Unit Secretary and moved her way up to Admissions Coordinator in 2002. In 2014 Joann was promoted to Director of Admissions and Marketing. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions for patients and families. Joann has many years of business experience in admissions. She takes pride in helping families during difficult times in deciding the appropriate care and placement of their loved ones.
