Meet the Willow Creek team

Administrator: Grace Kidney

Grace Kidney has been Administrator at Willow Creek since July 2010. She was employed at a sister center in Northern NJ, prior to her arrival at Willow. Grace comes to Willow Creek with over 25 years experience in long term care. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Assistant Living Administrator, and a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Grace invites all prospective patients and their families to come tour Willow Creek, to experience first hand some Willow Creek hospitality and care.

Director of Admissions: Suzanne Foster

Suzanne Foster has been the Director of Admissions at Willow Creek since September 2010. She was employed at a sister center in Northern NJ, as a Director of Recreation, prior to her arrival at Willow. Suzanne graduated from Kean University, Cum Laude, in May 2009 with a degree in Recreation Administration.

Director of Nursing Services: Joanna Domanico

Joanna Domanico, RN MSN has been the Director of Nursing at Willow Creek since August 2010. She has had over 15 years’ experience in nursing leadership. Ms. Domanico has her Masters in Nursing Administration from Seton Hall University.
She also enjoys her role as an Adjunct Professor, teaching RN to BSN students at College of Saint Elizabeth, Morristown, New Jersey. Joanna seeks to promote an atmosphere of professionalism and is committed, enthusiastic, people-oriented leader. Due to the changes in healthcare Ms. Domanico is concerned with balancing quality nursing care and cost containment.

Clinical Liaison: Maryann Dunham

Maryann Dunham RN,C, CCM joined the company in 1999 when it was still owned by Brandywine and was there for the transition to Revera. Willow Creek is her home base. Maryann graduated from the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing, and Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a BS degree. Maryann is a certified case manager (CCM,) and certified by the ANCC in General Practice Nursing. In her free time, Maryann enjoys being with family and friends, going to the beach, Cabo San Lucas, trips to the theater in NYC and shopping.

Rehabilitation Director: Susan McLoone, PT, DPT

Susan McLoone is the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Willow Creek. Rehabilitation and Care Center. Susan was the recipient of a VA scholarship which enabled her to obtain a B.S. in Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1991. While working at the VA in San Antonio she was able to gain clinical experience in multiple areas such as wound care, spinal cord injury, head injury, orthopedics, neurology and pain management. She was able to work in a variety of settings including outpatient, sub-acute and the acute hospital setting. After 5 years at the VA, Susan became a traveling therapist for several years. She enjoyed working and traveling across America and she was able to add practice in homecare and outpatient sports medicine to her clinical experience. In 1998, Susan settled down in New Jersey with her husband and worked as a therapist and manager in the long term care and sub acute settings. Susan decided to leave her management job and take a full time homecare job to give her the flexibility to return to school for her Doctorate and to start a family. Three years and two children later she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey in 2007. In 2010 Susan was hired as a staff Physical Therapist at Willow Creek and in 2011 became the Director of Rehabilitation. Susan enjoys interacting with each resident and their family to ensure they have a positive therapy experience during their stay at Willow Creek.
