Steve Furman is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Willow Creek. He has worked in the health care field in both New Jersey and South Florida for the last 13 years. Steve received his BA degree from Franklin and Marshall College (Lancaster, PA) and his MS degree in Health Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University (Ft. Lauderdale, FL). Steve enjoys working with the residents, staff and families at Somerset's premier health care facility, Willow Creek Rehabilitation & Care Center.
Pat has worked in the health care field for more than 13 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and their families.
Anne Ellis is our Director of Nursing. Prior to Willow Creek, Anne worked as a medical-surgical nurse at St. Vincent's Hospital (New York City) and also worked with their Visiting Nurse Association. Anne has also worked as a supervisor of a home care agency in New Jersey. She has been working at Willow Creek since 1996. Most recently, Anne was one of our Resident Nurse Assessment Coordinators. In her new role, Anne, along with the clinical and interdisciplinary teams, will improve the delivery of quality care to our residents.
Leo has 16 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. He has specialized training in the Bobath Neurodevelopmental Treatment Approach for Adult Hemiplegia. Leo has held a management role in Adult Population/Skilled Nursing Facility settings for 10 years.
Linda Wilson has over 20 years of experience in social work and is also sign language-proficient. She has an MSW from Rutgers University. Her role is to help ease the transition to Willow Creek for patients and their families. Linda continues to ensure that residents' social needs are met.
