About Us - Care Philosophy
The mission of Willow Creek Rehabilitation & Care Center Nursing Care Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well-being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.
Celebrating life!
At Willow Creek Rehabilitation & Care Center, we look for ways to bring people together to share pleasant activities. Birthday parties, holiday parties, weekly bingo games and our annual family barbecue are just some of the many celebrations and special events we host for residents and families.
Volunteers Welcome
Volunteers are always welcome at Willow Creek. Our volunteers help with activities, outings, one-on-one visiting and more. Interested in joining our wonderful group? Contact us by phone or e-mail for more info!
Special Outings
Residents at Willow Creek have many opportunities for outings and field trips in our wheelchair-accessible van. Several times a month we sponsor trips that include recreation, dining, shopping, sporting events or just enjoying a change of scenery. Our schedule includes movies, community events, garden shows and more.
