Many families try their best to provide home care for a loved one who has lost the ability to function independently. Yet sometimes, even their best efforts will not be enough. That’s why so many families in our community have turned to Willow Creek Rehabilitation & Care Center.

Many of our residents stay with us for extended periods, especially those whose lives have been profoundly affected by accidents or illnesses such as emphysema, Alzheimer’s, heart disease and stroke. Not only do we offer the health care and physical therapy these patients require, we also provide a warm and friendly social environment — the ideal conditions for optimal living.

Skilled Care
Willow Creek Rehabilitation & Care Center offers a full array of skilled care services, including IV therapy/antibiotics/hydration, wound care, nutrition, infection control program, cardiac monitoring, podiatry, oxygen and more.
